I learned that Becca helped start the Backpacks for Kids Program in Kalamazoo Michigan and has given out 5,000 backpacks.

Becca is a survivor who has seen and lived through a great deal. From swimming with dolphins to the daily ins and outs of hospital living she has seen more in her 19 years than most of us will in our entire lifetimes. Becca, what an inspiration you are. You are lucky to have such a wonderful family surrounding you, just as they are lucky to have you. I read that you went swimming with the dolphins when you were 8. How fun and exciting. I took my daughter last year, and she was afraid, and cried the whole time.

great job with the movie deals becca! i'm starting to put together a library for my daughter when she's old enough to start watching them. (she's only 15 months now--but she's also learning some sign language to help us understand what she wants. "more" and "eat" are her two favorites!

WOW I learned so much about Becca.She is such an inspiration.She sure has inspired me to be a better person just by reading her experiences.I suffer from neurapthy with chronic pain. I was having a bad day today with pain. Reading what a wonderful beautiful person Becca is, makes me want to reach out and do something to help others. I am so honored to have read about her.
She has conquered so much in her life.More than I have in my 36 years ( well 36 ,april 11th).
